Processing & delivery
Orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order.
Packaging
Because we ship glass, every order is packed with protective dividers and cushioning to guard against breakage in transit.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is subject to the carrier. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of Artisanal Aqua, though we will always help you track down a delayed order.
Damaged or broken shipments
If any bottles arrive broken or damaged, you are covered under our Return & Refund Policy. Email support@artisanalaqua.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unedited opening video (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details).
