Products and pricing

We aim to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel affected orders, refunding any payment already taken. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. Until then, we may decline an order or limit quantities at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and risk of loss

Delivery times are estimates. Breakage or damage in transit is handled under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are consumable and bottled in glass, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Breakage in transit is covered as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or interfere with it, or submit fraudulent claims or altered evidence. Submitting manipulated or fraudulent claim evidence may result in denial of the claim and cancellation of your account.
